About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist for a Rehabilitation Consultant role with a boutique occ rehab company in Wollongong.

In this role you will play an essential role in supporting a diverse range of clients, from children to the elderly, helping them regain their independence and quality of life while building a broad spectrum of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CTP (Compulsory Third Party): Assist clients involved in motor vehicle accidents to restore their quality of life.
  • Life Insurance: Support individuals in overcoming physical and mental health challenges to resume their daily activities.
  • Aged Care: Enhance the quality of life for elderly clients by addressing mobility and functional limitations.
  • NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): Identify priorities and goals to ensure effective use of available funds.

This is a full-time position, however part-time will also be considered.


  • $90K - $120K + super (based on experience)
  • Earn an additional $10K per year based on qualitative and quantitative metrics

About You:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Strong time management skills to independently manage a caseload 
  • Confidence in mentoring and training junior staff
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Australian driver's license and car 
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
