Our client is a small close-knit team of OT's, EP's and Physiotherapists who are passionate about providing home-based support to clients under the NDIS in Melbourne's South/East and the Mornington Peninsular. Having worked for large NDIS providers in the past, the owners are from allied health backgrounds and understand what clinicians require to thrive within the NDIS. About the Role:

We are looking for an early career Occupational Therapist to join a wonderful mobile team in South/East Melbourne. As the role is mobile, you will have the flexibility to build a caseload in your local area. 

As a dedicated professional in our team, you will deliver person centered intervention and support for people under the NDIS. You will provide assessment and treatment across various settings such as homes, schools, community, and online platforms. Collaborating within a supportive environment, you'll facilitate clients to achieve their individual goals.

This role is open to full and part time applicants. Early career through to experienced clinicians encouraged to apply. 

Location: South/East Melbourne
As the role is mobile, there is flexibility to build a caseload in your local area and work from home. 


  • Salary $80-$90K + super + travel reimbursement

About You:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • 1 year experience in NDIS (desirable)
  • A passion for high-quality service delivery
  • Strong communication and report writing skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Own car and current driver's license 
  • Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS worker screen (or willingness to obtain)
