About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist for a friendly and supportive private practice in inner Melbourne. 

The role offers the opportunity to work across the lifespan, or specialise in an area of clinical interest. You will be able to build your own caseload with the support a highly experienced Speech Pathology team, and have weekly supervision and mentoring from the Speech Pathology manager. As a dedicated professional in our team, you will deliver person centred intervention within the clinic and community, depending on the clients goals.  Collaborating within a supportive environment, you'll contribute to goal-setting, strategy development, and implementation, empowering clients and families in areas of communication, speech, eating and drinking, and social skills.

About You:

  • Knowledge of inclusion, cultural sensitivities, and diverse community needs
  • Professional indemnity + public liability insurance 
  • Medicare provider number (or ability to obtain)
  • Registration with Worksafe Victoria 
  • Current first aid + CPR (essential)
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) Clearance and Police Check (essential)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) (essential)
