Our client is a national provider of therapy services, NDIS functional capacity assessments and therapeutic supports to people of all ages and abilities. About the Role:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to take on a hybrid NDIS/RTW community-based role in Albury, Victoria.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide interventions in clients' homes, educational environments, and community settings, focusing on person-centered, evidence-based support. You will empower clients to develop skills that enhance their autonomy, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. Working with clients aged 16 and older, you will address various disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and physical and intellectual disabilities, while customizing your caseload based on your expertise and interests. Additionally, you will have the chance to assist clients in occupational rehabilitation, supporting their return to work and daily life within the NSW Workers Insurance and Comcare rehabilitation frameworks. 

In this role, you will:
  • Gain experience within the NDIS and community sectors
  • Perform functional capacity assessments for NDIS clients
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centred outcomes
  • Maximise functional capacity and activities of daily living using evidence-based treatment plans
  • Prescribe equipment and home modifications
  • Have the opportunity to take on a occupational rehabilitation caseload


  • $75K + super + company car (for work/personal use)

About You:

  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Active listener and critical thinking skills
  • A passion and drive to make a difference
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
  • Current drivers licence
  • WWCH and police check
  • NDIS worker check (or willing to obtain)
  • Eligible to work in Australia
