Team Lead Occupational Therapist – $115K + Super

Essential Requirements:
  • Completed Occupational Therapy Tertiary degree (essential)
  • Full AHPRA registration (essential)
  • 4-5 years of Australian experience as an Occupational Therapist (essential)
  • Current driver’s license and car (essential)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia (essential)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead position with a wonderful team in the inner west of Melbourne!

In this role you will lead a team of 3-4 junior OTs in a clinic based setting. You will hold a clinical caseload alongside your leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Your clients will include NDIS, Medicare, insurance & private clients from from children to older adults. The amount of clinical to non clinical time can be negotiated based on your experience and motivations. A tailored caseload can also be accommodate to suit your clinical expertise.

About You:

  • Completed Occupational Therapy Tertiary degree (essential)
  • Full AHPRA registration (essential)
  • 4-5 years of Australian experience as an Occupational Therapist (essential)
  • Current driver’s license and car (essential)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia (essential)
  • Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing
  • Experience working within the NDIS system
  • MUST have a working with children check and NDIS worker screening check
  • A passion for high-quality service delivery
  • Strong communication and report writing skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent time management skills
