About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Psychologist to work with an independent organisation committed to providing quality support services to NDIS participants in Geelong. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision, delivering psychological assessments and interventions, and working closely with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the provision of high-quality clinical supervision
  • Deliver a range of psychological assessments and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with participants and their families to achieve therapeutic outcomes
  • Work across the lifespan - caseloads can be tailored to meet your clinical interests

About You:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Psychology and AHPRA registration
  • Board-approved supervisor status
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities (NDIS) or other health conditions (desired)
  • Proven experience in delivering clinical supervision to provisional psychologists
  • Adept in working with multidisciplinary care teams within the NDIS space
  • Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication and report writing skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Highly organised, reliable and high attention to detail 
  • Friendly and empathetic personality 
  • Hold a current driver’s license and your own car
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. 
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
