Rehabilitation Consultant (CTP / LI) – Occupational Therapist

Our Client is an industry specialist in providing occupational rehabilitation services in Australia. Their professional team is dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation support, with a core focus on empowering individuals to reclaim their quality of life and reconnect with health and independence.

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant in Sydney to join their dedicated team of professionals who are committed to helping individuals regain their pre-accident health and quality of life. 

In this role, you will assist people to participate in employment or education, or to live independently and access services under the CTP and life insurance schemes. Independently manage a caseload of clients under CTP and life insurance schemes, including attendance at Medical Case Conferences.

Use your strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners and employers. 

This is a full-time position, however part-time will also be considered.

  • $90K- $100K base salary + super + bonuses

About You:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Highly motivated and results driven to meet KPI's 
  • Strong time management skills to independently manage a caseload 
  • Confidence in mentoring and training junior staff
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired but not essential
  • Experience within employment services (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Australian driver's license 
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
